How the dispatch board actually runs
Every request lands on one dispatch board, not in a salesperson's inbox. Jobs are grouped by borough and slotted onto the next route running through that part of the city, so a single Staten Island opening rides with whatever else is booked out there instead of paying for its own trip. While the route is being built, the COI goes out to the building and access is confirmed with whoever controls the door — by the time a technician is assigned, the visit is already cleared. Partners with a standing route skip the queue entirely: their addresses drop straight onto the next reserved run.
