Laser scanning of the opening, plumb and level checks on every jamb, wall deviation mapped point by point.

  • Openings, returns and out-of-square captured to ±1/16"

Straight answers

Do you work as a subcontractor under our brand?

Yes. White-label is the default. Our technician represents your company on site, the report carries your title block, and we never contact your customer directly.

What does a field survey cost?

Pricing is per opening with a trip minimum, and it drops sharply when several addresses are batched into one route. Send the scope and you get a flat number back, not an estimate range.

How fast can you get to a site?

Brooklyn, Queens and Manhattan usually inside 24–48 hours. Same-day is available when the building can grant access that fast.

Can you provide a Certificate of Insurance for our building?

Yes. COI is issued naming the building owner and managing agent before the visit is scheduled, which is normally what holds these jobs up.

What file formats do we get back?

DXF for CNC and a dimensioned PDF for the shop floor, plus a photo set. Other formats on request.
